The Freight Operator Scheme (FORS) is a key
proposal within the London Freight Plan. It will be free to join and
Transport for London (TfL) is developing the scheme to help road
operators.
To streamline Freight Quality Partnerships across London, a new website has been
set up at www.londonsfqps.co.uk which enables the user to also find out about other
partnerships which may be of use to them. Please note that from 15th July 2009,
the West London FQP website (www.westlondonfqp.com) will stay remain online but
will no longer be updated. All updates and information on the WLFQP will be posted
on the www.londonsfqps.co.uk website.

Industrial Estate Freight Forums in West London
The WLFQP with the support of West London Boroughs and Metropolitan Police are working
with businesses through local freight forums to help businesses collectively address
problems relating to congestion, safety, security and fly-tipping. The notes from
this pilot local freight forum will be issued shortly. Local freight forums have
been set up at North Feltham Trading Estate, Uxbridge Industrial Estate, Park Royal
(as part of the Park Royal Transport Management Association), Perivale Industrial
Estate and Victoria Road Industrial Estate. Please contact the WLFQP is you would
like to participate in these forums. Forum meetings are held every 6 months.
